Why an intention box?
Whether it was when I wanted to sell my first home, or desired more healing and wellness in my life, I’ve always loved to manifest. But something that I didn’t like to do was share my desires with others. I felt that when others put their energy into my desires, it shifted things. So rather than use a vision board, I created an intention box.
HOW TO USE YOUR NTENTION BOX
Take a moment, sit quietly, close your eyes and imagine what you would like your life to look like.
- What would like your relationships, career, travels, purchases, body, and/or feelings to look like?
- Take a moment to visualize anything that you desire. Notice how it feels.
- Write down your wishes.
- Place in box.
- As you place each item in your box, say, “I ask for this or something better.”
Add to your intention box as often as you desire, whether it’s again today, next week, next month or six months from now. It doesn’t matter. As we grow, our needs change. As time goes on, you will look back in the box at the notes you’ve added and you will be amazed at how much of what added has come to fruition.
Be specific if you want things to manifest the way they appear in your mind. You are setting your intentions by putting your wishing out to the universe.
